    I selected play several times and won't start, even waited 10 minutes, what do I do?

    Hi Koz,

    Ideally, such issues should not occur. We would request you to try closing the app, restart the device/PC and then launch the app again, and check if it resolves the issue for you.

    If in case the issue persists, please contact our Support Team along with a supporting screenshot, of what exactly happens in the game when you try to open the game, do you get any pop up when you tap on the game icon. The more details you provide, the better we will be able identify the issue.
