    The Seahawks made a significant change to the structure of their business operations on Monday as the team replaced Peter McLoughlin as team president with previous team Chief Operating Officer Chuck Arnold.Burt Kolde Youth 12th Fan Jersey , vice-chairman of the Seahawks and Vulcan Inc., said the restructuring was precipitated by McLoughlin’s contract nearing its conclusion.McLoughlin (right in photo) replaced Tod Leiweke – who would later become the NFL’s COO – as the team’s president in 2010. A team press release stated McLoughlin “will be leaving the organization by mutual agreement.”Additionally, the team announced Chris McGowan will be promoted to Vulcan Sports and Entertainment Chief Executive Officer. McGowan has been serving as team president of the Portland Trail Blazers, who are also owned by Seahawks owner Paul Allen.Arnold will manage all team business operations. He will also serve as President of First & Goal Inc. Womens Justin Britt Jersey , overseeing management of CenturyLink Field, CenturyLink Field Event Center, First & Goal Hospitality and WaMu Theater.Allen isn’t a frequent attendee of league meetings and McLoughlin had routinely dispatched to serve as the team’s representative at such events through his tenure with the team. Arnold will likely assume those duties as well moving forward. Word is that Seahawks safety Earl Thomas is set to play against the Cowboys on Sunday despite missing a pair of practices this week for what’s been described as personal reasons, but those absences may have other ramifications.Chris Mortensen of ESPN reports that the Seahawks are considering a “significant fine” against Thomas. The fines would come under the category of conduct detrimental to the team for the missed practices.Thomas vowed not to return to the Seahawks without an extension and sat out the offseason Womens Frank Clark Jersey , training camp and preseason before returning just before the season opener. A trade was talked about while he was away from the team and Mortensen reports that some around the league believe the team did not want to make a deal before Sunday’s hope opener against the Cowboys.If they do make a deal, Mortensen reports the Chiefs are a potential landing spot. The Cowboys have been discussed as a potential trade partner as well, but are referred to as a “super long shot” after an offer of a second-round pick for Thomas was rejected.
